• Messages you sent us on social platforms

• Enquiry details submitted on our website

• Any campaign-related data we stored in our systems (including Wix collections / CRM records)

How to request deletion
Send a data deletion request to us using any one option below:

• Phone number and/or email used while submitting the enquiry/lead

• Platform where you shared data (Website / Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp / Other)

• What you want deleted (All data or specific details)

Verification (quick but necessary)
To protect your data, we may request a simple verification (example: OTP on phone/email or confirmation from the same email address used earlier).
When we delete your data
After verification, we typically complete deletion within 7–30 days.
Important note about client campaigns
Sometimes we collect leads on behalf of our clients (for example, a school admission campaign or a brand enquiry campaign). In such cases:

• We can delete your data from our systems, and

• You may also need to contact the respective brand/client to delete it from their records.

What we may retain (only if required)
We may retain limited data where necessary for:

• Legal compliance

• Fraud prevention and security

• Financial recordkeeping (invoices/payments) where law requires retention
