How we handle your information.
This page explains what personal data Ingenious Prime collects, why, and what rights you have over it — in plain language.
What we collect
When you contact us, request a proposal, or become a client, we collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, business name, business type, GSTIN, and business address — only what's needed to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, or deliver a service.
If you reach us through a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead form, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM, we receive the same kind of contact information from that platform, along with an identifier for the ad or form you responded to.
Why we process it
To respond to enquiries, prepare and send proposals and service agreements, deliver the services you've engaged us for, and raise invoices.
To improve how we run our own advertising (for example, measuring whether a lead from an ad converted into a client) using hashed contact details — we don't share your raw phone number or email for this.
Who we share it with
OpenAI — when we use our internal proposal-drafting assistant, business-level details (client/brand name, industry, the problem you've described, package and pricing) are sent to OpenAI's API to help draft proposal copy. We do not send financial account details or government ID numbers to this service.
Meta (WhatsApp Business API and Conversions API) — to send you service-related WhatsApp messages (proposal links, invoice reminders, contract links) and, in hashed form, to measure ad performance.
Wix — our internal systems (CRM, proposals, contracts, invoices) are hosted on Wix's data platform, which stores this information on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and lead information for as long as it's useful for following up, and client/contract/invoice records for as long as needed for business and tax purposes. If you ask us to delete your information and you haven't converted into a paying client with an active contract, we will erase it.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to ingeniousprimesocial@gmail.com. We'll respond and, where applicable, action your request within a reasonable time.
If you've digitally signed a service agreement with us, we keep a record of that acceptance (your email, the time, your IP address and device information, and a secure hash of the agreement text) as evidence of the agreement — this is retained even after other data is deleted, since it documents a contract we're both bound by.
